Terms and Conditions apply
- All transactions will be processed in SA Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT (15%).
- We reserve the right to change our prices without notice – this includes the price of the products as well as applicable shipping costs. Pricing changes will only affect future orders.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders due to stock availability or system glitches.
- Discount & voucher codes cannot be combined with any other promotions & offers in store or online, and are only valid standard, full-sized products at standard price, including the loyalty birthday offer, welcome offer and any other promo code.
- One gift with purchase is valid once per loyalty customer & transaction.
- No split sales allowed.
Payfast Payments:
- We accept MasterCard, Visa and EFT through the payment gateway Payfast.
- Payments and card details are automatically checked against large online databases of blacklisted details.
- Payfast utilises WAF technologies to detect and stop malicious activity before it reaches our servers.
Payflex Payments:
- You must be over 18 years old
- You must have a valid South African ID
- You must have a debit or credit card issued by Mastercard, Visa or Amex
SAMPLES:
- A maximum of 3 samples are allowed per customer
- Samples are not for purchase, they are given as complimentary testers
- L’Occitane reserves the right to cancel all orders that comprise of only samples
