  • L’Occitane Gift Cards may be redeemed online at https://za.loccitane.com or in any L’Occitane standalone boutique across South Africa.
  • L’Occitane Gift Cards may not be redeemed at wholesale partners such as Woolworths.
  • The card may be used for multiple purchases until the total value has been redeemed.
  • If your purchase exceeds the remaining balance, you will be redirected to a secure third-party payment portal to complete the transaction.
  • This card cannot be reloaded once the value has been used.
  • For security reasons, the gift card code will only be shared with the recipient specified at the time of purchase.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorisation.
  • Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred to third parties, or used to purchase other gift cards.
  • All Gift Cards expire 3 years from the date of purchase.

Gift cards can be purchased online through our website or in-store at any of our boutiques.

2. Do gift cards expire?

Yes. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will no longer be available.

3. Can I use a gift card online and in-store?

Yes, gift cards are redeemable both online and in any L’Occitane Boutique.

4. How do I check my gift card balance?

You may request assistance in-store, and online via the chat box.

5. Can a gift card be reloaded?

No. Gift cards cannot be reloaded. A new card would need to be purchased for additional funds.

6. What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?

Please contact our customer service team and we will gladly assist.

To process a recovery request, we require the buyer’s full name, contact details, email address, and the original till slip as proof of purchase.

7. Are gift cards refundable?

No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Can I use a gift card to purchase promotions or sale items?

Yes. Gift cards can be used towards any product, including discounted items.

9. Do I qualify for promotional items when purchasing a card?

No. You do not qualify for promotions, only once you spend it on a purchase will you qualify for promotions. 

10. Can I use multiple gift cards for one purchase?

Yes. You may use more than one gift card if the total balance covers the purchase amount.
