We’ve made the thoughtful decision to say 'farewell' to our Brooklyn Kiosk and say 'hello' to our new home in Woolworths Brooklyn. Our final day of trading at our Brooklyn Kiosk will be 30 November 2025.

Can I still use my L’Oyalty Club Points?

Yes, you may continue to earn and redeem your L’Oyalty Club Points in-store until 30 November 2025. After this date, your points can be used at our Menlyn Boutique, or any L'Occitane Boutique.

Can I still return or exchange items?

Yes, returns and exchanges will be accepted until 30 November 2025, in line with our standard return policy. Following our closure, these services will be available at the Menlyn Boutique, or any L'Occitane Boutique.

We’ve made the thoughtful decision to close this kiosk as we relocate to the Woolworths counter.

Will there be any sales or discounts before the store closes?

No! We will not be offering clearance discounts prior to closure. We remain dedicated to providing the same exceptional quality and service until our final day.

Will online shopping still be available?

Absolutely — our online boutique, za.loccitane.com, will continue to operate as usual.

Are you reopening elsewhere?
