These Terms and Condition will govern the redemption of the offer from any L’Occitane online and physical store.

3. This promotion is promoted by African Sales Retail (trading as L’Occitane)

4. Promotion Period:

Online – VIP members will have early access instructions sent on 27th November. The promotion will commence instore on the the 29th November 2024 – 1st December 2024 (“The Promotion Period”) when and if advertised.

5. The Offer: During the Promotion Period selected products will be promoted as 4 for 3 which will allow customers to purchase 4 products/items and only pay for 3 products/items (get the lowest product/item for free) for a limited period.  The offer is not applicable to already discounted items and/or sets, promotion items & Advent Calendars, & Almond Supple Skin Oil.

The offer is also exclusive to L’Oyalty Club members.

6. L’Occitane reserves the right, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, to amend these Terms and Conditions.

7. Stock is limited, and L’Occitane reserves the right to stop the promotion once we have sold a specific product. All orders are subject to stock availability and no correspondence will be entered into should stock no longer be available.

8. L’Occitane reserves the right to decline any Order, for any reason (e.g. unavailability of stock, incorrectly displayed prices, etc.). In this case, we will promptly grant you a store credit or a full refund.

9. L’Occitane makes every effort to ensure that prices shown on the Website are accurate. In the unlikely event that the price of your order is listed incorrectly, or changes are made before we accept your order, we will contact you and ask you to confirm that you wish to proceed at the corrected or amended price.

10. L’Occitane assumes no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your participation in the offer or whether arising from negligence or otherwise. All customers, whilst taking part in this Offer, indemnifies L’Occitane and holds L’Occitane harmless for any loss, damage, harm or injury (whether arising from negligence or otherwise) which may be sustained because of any claim, costs, expense, loss or damages which may be made by any third party.

11. L’Occitane assumes no risk and/or liability whatsoever for any interruption in services and/or the failure of any supplier to meet any technical element of this Offer which may result in a customer not successfully taking up the Offer.

12. This Offer cannot be used with any other promotional offer.

13. Any purchases, which are conducted contrary to the requirements of these terms and conditions, will be cancelled and we will refund the customer we should cancel their order/disqualify.

14. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete and up to date to ensure seamless fulfilment of your goods.
