Free standard shipping to anywhere (Nationwide) in South Africa for orders over R1000.00 or more. R100 charged for all orders under R1000. We unfortunately do not currently ship outside of South Africa.
The estimated delivery time will be between 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.
The above timeframe will depend on location of delivery. Extended period for outlaying areas.
Returns and exchanges
It is L'OCCITANE's intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason we will issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unused and unopened merchandise that is returned within 31 days at the original store that it was purchased. Read More here.
