At L'OCCITANE we create products that delight the senses, but there's one sense that's particuarly important for us. SIGHT. From putting Braille on our packaging to selling solidarity products and working with local NGO's and UNICEF, we're dedicated to helping the blind and visually impaired, preventing avoidable blindness and making eye care available to more people areound the world.

20/21 LOCAL PROJECT

Each year, together with our Foundation, L’Occitane SA invests in local sight-related projects & initiatives. For our 20/21 initiative we have teamed up with The Visionbox Foundation in providing eye care for children in underpriviledged Western Cape.

KIDS SEE FOR FREE

Together with the VISIONBOX Foundation, we will be providing free eye screenings for over 1500 children, and providing prescription glasses to over 400 children whom need. The VISIONBOX Foundation uses a sustainable optomery in a box model currently set up in the Western Cape area.

RACE FOR VISION 2020

Every year, L'OCCITANE employees take part in the 'Race for Vision' - a connected virtual race that raises funds to assist in the fight against avoidable blindness. This year, a total of more than 500 000km were completed. This funds go toward the Foundations Projects worldwide.
