Store Managers – Gauteng 

Experience Required:  min 2-3 years with a beauty/cosmetics background

Location: Mall Of The South (JHB) ; Melrose Arch (JHB)

Always journey, Develop the teams, Optimise operations and to Drive and track sales.
Consistently achieve personal Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and actively contribute to the achievement of the store sales and operational objectives.
Work within the Company guidelines to achieve the store and Company financial targets.
Manage the day to day operational and staffing requirements of the store including rosters, security, monies  ,personnel issues , performance reviews of staff etc.
Continually monitor store processes and procedures to ensure best practice standards are in place.
Ensure the highest level of customer service is given and measured against set objectives.
Manage recruitment and induction of junior employees against Company and store criteria.
Full stock and stock take accountability in store.
Full administrative responsibility for store reporting. Management of store housekeeping and visual merchandising in line with Company guidelines.
Training and induction in line with store responsibility and management of consistent feedback and follow up.
Maintain optimal stock levels in core and campaign bestselling lines. Manage the day-to-day operation of your store and team


Retail Sales Associates – Gauteng
Location: Gauteng Region
Experience Required: min 2 years within a beauty/cosmetics background 

The main responsibilities of the Sales Associate are:
Effectively use the till system without error and to process any store paperwork with the highest attention to detail.
Ensure that all Store communications are understood and followed.
Participate with stock takes as required.
Support the Store management with security and general H&S monitoring.
Assist the Store to maintain the highest level of visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
